Short story: 3 weeks ago my sacrum started to hurt and then my knees,achilles,knee pain,head pains,food appetite has grown very much,etc.(Inheritage the growth spurt from my mom/she grew btw 18/19)
Okay here is my plan to maximinise my growth spurt:
Diet:
-7500-8500 calories per day of food
-dairy diet
-Calcium & Vitamin D Rich Foods
-Magnesium & Zinc Rich Foods
-Fast & Slow Carbs
-Micronutrient & GH Boosters(raw honey,liver,etc
Supplements:
-Vitamin D3
-Magnesium
-Zinc
-Calcium
-L-Arginine / L-Ornithine
5 liters of water per day
Now for sports to boost GH/HGH
-Swimming;
-Basketball;
-Gym;
-Voleyball;
-Football.
Now I need to keep my cortisol as low as possible.
I need to avoid no more 2-3 hours of phone or blue screen per day.
12 hours of sleep or 10 hours of sleep.
No goyslop,candies or any type of soda.
Also to fix my posture once for all
 
or you could just take HGH and not get fat.

unless your playing sport literally all day your gonna get fat as fuck, and most of this is cope blast HGH

I aint coping. The body needs a lot of rich food(fish,meat,etc) and sport during a growth spurt
dude it doesn't matter how healthy your eating or how much exercise you do, sumo wrestlers eat healthy asf and exercise every day but they are still morbidly obese because of how much food they eat

weight is calories in calories out, obviously eating like shit will have other negative health effects but it doesn't make a difference in how fat you will get

it doesnt need 8000 fucking calories, anymore than a 500 surplus is pointless, and as long as your getting all your micronutrients especially calcium d3 and k2 annd sleeping 8-9H+ your gonna grow, and you mentioned keeping your crotisol low, if your playing 5 fucking sports daily your stressing your body like crazy, just do sprinnts or 1 or 2 sports whatever is highest intensity

You don't need that much calories unless you're extremely tall. 4000 is enough

I am NOT eating 8k calories are fucking insane
 
it doesnt need 8000 fucking calories, anymore than a 500 surplus is pointless, and as long as your getting all your micronutrients especially calcium d3 and k2 annd sleeping 8-9H+ your gonna grow, and you mentioned keeping your crotisol low, if your playing 5 fucking sports daily your stressing your body like crazy, just do sprinnts or 1 or 2 sports whatever is highest intensity
