I've seen a pic of a girl that had gotten MSE before, and she had a narrow horse face mind you, and it made her whole face wide as hell including her IPD. Her eyes were extremely close-set, I'll try to find it for you if I can.

Usually the orthodontist won’t even do mse unless your top palate is narrower then your bottom I think and they won’t expand past it unless you make a plan to expand the mandible after mse but it’s very difficult to find a surgeon along with also correlating with your orthodontist. That my my case and I’m going to do face pulling with it to move my maxilla forward

i have 60.7mm IPD with 142mm zygos..sudden death tier ES ratio..unless 0.426-0.427 is an acceptable ES ratio? Or is it channing Tatum/Ryan Reynolds tier?

might shave off 2mm off each side and make it a 138mm

I don't have his email. You can do that if you care that much. To me, those scans are enough proof.
