Assuming you want to looksmax as much as possible:
•MSE + Facemask (FM may not work but MSE certainly will)
•Some form of mandibular expansion to compensate for MSE if you need to
•Double Jaw surgery if needed after MSE and Mandibular expansion
•Braces
•Veneers if needed
•Philtrum Reduction
•IF you end up with gummy smile after philtrum reduction (would only be the case if you have perfect upper teeth show right now when smiling) then you’d also need Maxillary Impaction
•Rhino
•IF MSE doesn’t widen your mouth enough, then mouth stretching or mouth widening surgery.
•Any implants or fillers after all of these only to augment what hasn’t been augmented enough (possibly chin and zygos)
•IF desired, eyelash transplant (you already have great eye area but thicker and longer lashes could really become a halo)

It seems like the photos have been taken down, but from what I saw when I was briefly able to look at them earlier, I would agree with key21 that you don't really need anything except maybe fillers if you want to a safe and reversible way to augment certain features
