DO NOT DNR, THERE IS A TL;DR AT THE END
okay, now i can start
"Are you on anything?"
Yes I am
Using ozempic regularly + vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine, for adhd, stimulant) on occasion
bro ozempic+vyvanse is so good
ultimate stack (if only i had reta)
Now, despite the fact I was pinning, I still believe I could achieve the same results without peptides or stimulants
My progress?
I was 242 as of February 26th
March 2nd - 229
(then stopped excercising and walking after this time period because school was raping me + studying for makeups)
(also i was sick at this time, that definitely has a role to play in the weightloss)
- people (especially at school) started to notice i had lost weight
- decreased libido at this time
March 9th - 231 (gained some back because I LDAR-ed and didnt do anything, also may have been gaining some waterweight, i decided to get back on track here)
March 12th - 226 (i only expect it to lower from here)
Now, throughout the whole progress section I was on ozempic, so don't expect to just pin and lose weight, you still need to put in effort
Now, only from March 9th to March 12th have I been on the vyvanse
although optional, muscle training is beneficial. ur choice tho, it doesnt really matter too much
Recommendations for other fat goyim-
hit 10-12k steps + dont eat like a fatass and u will lose weight, peptides are unnecessary. i only took ozempic because it is easy for me to access and I want to lose weight faster
after i hit 10k steps i just ldar and goon

this vyvanse makes me goon too much bro i dont like it (but it helps me focus)
but anyways, intense cardio is cope for weightloss
"Why is running inefficient for weight loss?"
running makes you feel hungrier + is too hard to maintain
for me, hitting my steps (while scrolling org and insta) then managing my calories is what has worked
Try to incorporate your time for walks as a part of your routine, for example, when you get back from school or work
now, there is no cheat code to leanmax without effort, and i still have to resist temptation a lot, thats why i am not too big of a people using DNP, it is simply unnecessary and could do more harm than good (not even to your body, but to your weight loss goals)
"What about LDAR and managing calories?"
basically a summary of everything above -
this has never worked for me, and has only allowed me to maintain calorie maintenance. IF YOU ARE FAT YOU HAVE WEAK SELF CONTROL, DON'T TRY TO DO THINGS THAT ARE IMPOSSIBLE FOR YOU
medical disclaimer: none of this is medical advice, blah blah blah, etc, you know the rest
TL;DR
I'm a fatass and I only lose weight because I manage my calories and hit 10k steps minimum everyday (and pin ozempic and take prescribed stimulants, but this is unnecessary and optional) - try the same (if ur also fat) and see if it works for you
