Everywhere I fucking go every single guy my age is in the gym. Literally almost all of them, the competition is raising boyos, I used to have a huge halo for my body, not anymore. Everyone is fucking gymcelled.

You probably surround yourself with gym related things that's why you see everywhere gymcelled but in reality in age 16-19 maybe 10-20% of guys are gymmaxed properly. Rest is lean or fat or skinny-fat.

This is something that I noticed too. I am 25 but Im seeing more and more 18-20 y.o in the gym. It's actually insane. When I started I used to be almost alone among guys my age.

if you train at all consistently you'll look much better than the average norman who looks like an estrogenic tranny. Just being lean with visible muscles is good enough
