I made thread about height maxxing already just sleep less TV lighting and phone lighting make sure you havent looked at it for at 2 hours or 1 otherwise your brain is still going to be active in certain areas when they don't need to be also slowing down height growth part of the brain which I think is basically is jyst the pituary gland thing that illuminati members take for eternal life
