This is gonna be similar to my last thread but better and more advanced
Introduction:
Im almost 100% positive some of you smell musty on the daily and guys hate that, you know who else hate that? Woman. If you are trying to impress a girl, here are some things you need with you at all times.
Step 1 - Showering Daily
Take regular showers daily, you're sleeping for 10+ hours a night sweating, rolling around, producing oils and by the time you wake up you will smell disgusting.
Step 2 + 3 - Clean Clothes & Room
Make sure your room is clean at all times and doesn't smell bad, make sure to regularly wash your bed sheets because if you don't the smell from your sheets can spread to your clothes. After you wash your sheets make sure to wash all of your dirty clothes, believe it or not if you wear clothes without washing them not only are they going to look dirty but you're going to smell bad.
Step 4 - Nails
Cut your nail every 1 or 2 weeks, also make sure to clean under your nails to get rid of any dirt, fungus, or buildup.
Step 5 - Teeth Care
Brush your teeth twice a day, floss, and use mouthwash for at least 1 minute.
Step 6 - Healthy Food
Eating healthy is not only going to help you lose belly fat, look better, etc, it also plays a big role in b/o. Foods with garlic, onions, and spices will make you smell terrible so consider cutting these foods out.
Step 7 - Shave Hair
Shave your armpits and your balls, no other way to put it.
