Someone on here got it and posted results, looked natural and did the job of shortening. You can't look at the results on google performed on old men and women. You have to go to one who knows how to do it for a male aesthetic.

I'm not sure but this is something you would have to tell them expressly not to change, obviously all the results on women and some men from google WANT bigger lips so don't think that is how it has to look.

Did he have lip widening surgery done at the same time as well? Someone else on this forum sent that exact photo and used it as an example of mouth widening but it looks the exact same width to me before AND after…
