Yesterday i went to the derm because i wanted to get some finasteride and maybe a tretinoin cream, i swear to god that motherfucker looked like this guy

So the case is that he sees my norwood and asked me about my lifestyle, ofc i tell him that i train on a daily basis and have some acne on my back (im not roiding yet)
So he tells me to remove my tshirt, i knew this dork would get impressed because i got a good sleeper build and im almost 6 feet tall

After this guy saw me shirtless he started acting like a fucking discord mod

He told me that he wasnt sure about finasteride and i quickly let him knew that i wanted it but we could go topical, also he suggested tretinoin but i just thought fuck it, and told him "what about accutane?" And he prescribed it .

TLDR: i got no acne and still got isotretinoin, having muscle gives you a lot more respect.
