hello ladies and gentlemen.. i came here to share groundbreaking yet brutal information that i just found..
so most of us probably have thought anterior open bite aka adenoid face or mouthbreather face correlates with long midface..
despite our conventional belief, this study that i just found tells literally opposite.
study shows that upper anterior facial height(nasion to anterior nasal spine) is actually much longer in deep bite patient's face than in open bite patient's
deep bite positively correlates with upper anterior facial height aka midface length. and it seems very strong correlation too..
and deep bite makes maxilla to rotate clockwise based off many studies that ive read.
deep bite enlarges your gonial angle tho. your ramus becomes very big.
anyways unlike PSL's conventional belief, whatever it's cause is, deep fucking bite make one's midface longer..
and it is very stunning to me cuz deep bite patients often have very strong jaw(ramus) and strong chin. and have horizontal growth pattern with wide brachycephalic face.
but seems like it makes you a horseface..
