I need to get as lean as possible as soon as possible.

Water, but I am going away with the boys in August and want to be HTN when I land. I was HTN for a few months before after getting to 15-16% bf. I'm 6'2 74kg and around 17-18% atm.

If I starve myself will I even lose fat or will all the muscle go first?

Currently I am eating 1000-2000 calories a day, training 3 times a week, running twice a week and substituting coffee and cigarettes for food, is this enough?

I'm panicking that I will be bloated on holidays I need to get lean ASAP anything that can help would be greatly appreciated 🙏

Bodyfat is not your issue. Just workout and try do a body recomposition . You don't need to cut (starve yourself) or bulk hard (become a gymcel) - try to increase your weight slightly whilst losing bodyfat. Entirely possible for a newbie lifter

The BULL is HTN-Chadlite btw
 
just walk around all day and barely eat till you get 6% bf. u need to be lean as possible but just rely on your frame and height for size. muscle is not needed just bone
