Hey everyone,

Next week I’m finally getting my growth plates checked, which is a big step for me before I even think about starting rHGH. Once I know where I stand, the next big question is: do I really need to do all the bloodwork people talk about? Full panels (IGF-1, testosterone, E2, free T, DHT, thyroid, cortisol, prolactin, liver enzymes, HbA1c, fasting glucose) are expensive, and at 15, I’m pretty broke. Insurance might cover it if I can give the doctor a convincing reason, but I’m not sure what to say to get everything checked. Has anyone here found a way to make it affordable or at least get the key markers covered?

The second thing I’m still figuring out is the IU math. I see doses written in IUs, but I don’t fully understand how many IUs are in a typical vial, whether every IU comes pre-measured, or exactly how to reconstitute with BAC water. If anyone has a simple breakdown (especially for a 0.076 mg/kg/day dose for a 49 kg person), I’d really appreciate it.

Third, titration speed—how fast should I ramp up to my target dose, and what kind of schedule works without blowing my blood sugar or causing sides?

Finally, the cardio + Acipimox or Empagliflozin combo keeps coming up for glucose control. Which one is better, do I need to source them separately, and are they expensive? I already have a list of supplies I’ll need:

  • 200–400 × 31 G 1 ml 6–8 mm insulin syringes
  • rHGH
  • 200–400 × alcohol wipes
  • BAC water
  • Glucose monitor (CGM or regular BGM)
  • Test strips & lancets
  • Sharps container
Bloodwork timing mentioned in another thread is:

  1. Baseline (full hormonal panel)
  2. After reaching highest dose
  3. 48 h after last injection
I get that these checks are ideal, but the cost is real. Any experiences or work-arounds would be super helpful.

Thanks for reading, and I’ll update once I have the growth-plate results. Looking forward to your thoughts!

Bloodwork and GH in the same sentence. Lmao.

Days 1-3: 3IU
Days 3-5: 4IU
Days 5-7: 6IU
Days 7-8: 8IU
Days 8-10: 9IU
Days 10-End of cycle :

its .07mg*kg

you said you are 49kg so .07*49+3.43

3.43mg *3 = 10 ius daily
1mg = 3ius

lmaoo this is all off my guide. i made mistakes. Acipimox + Empag is. A nono, if u can afford acipimox use it but never use them tg.
bloodwork would be neccesary if ur on a whole cycle with androgens etc. I literally also said that 1 mg is 3IU if you cant do the math for that please never hop on.
