Having that in mind, I would have taken it to the next level. Ramsay doesn't die, but instead, becomes the lord of the seven kingdoms. He breaks bread with the incest dragon princess and kills the last of the Stark males. He sets up Arya and imprisons her. After having his soldiers break her in, he makes her teach him about the face scheme. He uses that to change his appearance to Sansa's father, brother, and even her mother. Ugh, poor thing can't escape the cruel Ramsay torture. And having to see Joffrey again, this time on top of her, she tries to kill herself... for the hundredth time.

Little did Sansa know... after Ramsay's defeat against the Night King, he raped him. Then forced his soldiers to rape him. The Night King begged, "Please, no more, you sick fuck!"

Finally, the Night King offered Ramsay a special potion.

That potion can make anyone an immortal. So Ramsay used it on Sansa so she could never kill herself.
