Last night I gave our State of the Union Address and it was beautiful, just beautiful, but what's not so beautiful is the state of surgery... WE ARE GOING TO FIX THAT. WE WILL MAKE SURGERY GREAT AGAIN! And here's how.
A FRENCH BIMAX IS ONLY 5k-10k USD MAX IN 2026! So here are some French surgeons. They are high quality, experienced, first world, AND affordable!
ALSO PLEASE GIVE ME A THUMBS UP FOR SPENDING 2 HOURS ON THIS, THANK YOU.
Keep in mind, I am "high inhib" and try to make sure a surgeon is very good, clean record or within reason of one. Of course, it is easier to have a clean record if you are a newer doctor, doing mostly low risk operations like wisdom teeth removal, and barely have any reviews online.
Did some research,
Here is what I found:
Jean-Baptiste Charrier (over charges because of international hype) "Failed me aesthetically and functionally. Following the operation I have a bad occlusion on the right side, I have pain that is difficult to bear when I eat, yawn or sleep on my side. My face has become ugly. Know that once you have told him of your dissatisfaction he will tell you to go see a shrink and will not give you any more sign of life. And be careful he will impose HIS shrink, who does not give any invoice and has no plaque (for information it is forbidden to impose a particular shrink on a patient)."
just one of the bad reviews i found, i found another that complained of poor aesthetics after as well so i would stay away. another review said he ruined their life because of him botching them and that he will gaslight you if you complain of being botched.
AVOID
Pierre Bouletreu. Seems good but not much about him online so can be risky. Here are some good reviews about him (and both said they had a good surgery with him) so I think he is fine.
Didier Ernenwein. Seems OK.
Gonzague Deffrennes. AVOID, too many bad reviews.
Emmanuel Racy AVOID, plagued by bad reviews.
Serge Ketoff Seems OK I guess? Has some bad reviews due to being "rude" (Hes probably just autistic), nothing about botching. Seems somewhat MORAL (He will refuse to operate on people if he doesn't see you as a good candidate). Good reviews everywhere including reddit.
Frederic Barere Too many bad reviews and causes too many problems for patients that would be really bad if he did a bimax or something on you (For example, people complain of him not noticing an infection in their mouth, this would be a disaster for people who just had a bimax)
Pierre Olivi ONLY ONE I'M 50/50 MIXED ON. a few bad reviews you can read on google but he responds to them all intelligently, There's also a very good review on Reddit jaw surgery sub plus many other good online reviews in general. Might not be the best surgeon in the list but worth speaking to.
Jacques Yachouh AVOID! BUTCHER!
Jacques Chardai could not find a single surgeon with this name but im also lazy and not french
Amaury Gindre Avoid i think, his reviews about leaving people in numbing pain are too worrying.
Jean-Pascal Dujoncquoy Seems fine but mostly does wisdom tooth removal I think although I guess the same applies to most surgeons. Hard to find reviews about him doing bimax or genio.
Thierry Loncle (will most likely overcharge cuz of international hype I think)
Hard to find reviews for him, he's like Pierre B. in that way. I think he is fine though, he is famous, well-known, recommended often including on r/jawsurgery, you can look at his instagram page too and look at his results too.
Jean-Christophe Lutz GOOD. PERFECT REVIEWS ONLINE plus they are mostly about blackpilled shit not cope wisdom tooth removal, ZERO BAD ONES but lets remember that surgeons can remove bad reviews sometimes and also he only has 30, still a good surgeon though I'd say
Thank you @chrishell and @LackEmpathyTherefor for the list, mostly chris because he wrote it originally
Will respond in comments if I find any more good/bad info about surgeons.

ngl the wages in the uk are absolutely trash but only having to slave away for like 2-3 years for all the surgeries u need seems like a godsend tbh
im talking about minimum wage btw somewhere like McDonald’s
