I am indeed a retardcel I am lean and I 100% rate cutting

Just make sure you don’t cut for too long. I have ended up giving myself fatigue by not eating quite enough however it’s easy to fix just track calories religiously every day and you can avoid any surplus or defeceit depending where u wanna be

you’ll end up with a disorder 100% when cutting you just gotta try and track calories rather than be in the wrong mindset which can in turn lead to over eating or under eating

both are equally as bad

an evening drinking is 100x less stressfull on the body than a gym session

Don't IF unless your fat, IF only benefits >25 BMI.
