Im 16 - 125lbs looking for a good boost in muscle mass. This will be my starter stack:
Morning- Shilajit, enclomiphene (6.25mg), multivitamin
Night- Ashwaganda, mk677(10mg), collagen supp
My diet is the following:
Morning- 5 eggs, cheese, 3/4 avocado
Lunch- Dark chocolate, quinoa, walnuts, carrots
Dinner- 1-2 raw eggs, either salmon, steak or chicken then banana milk yogurt smoothie and oatmeal
If I can get ostarine I will run that but how will my current stack affect me?
