Personally Won’t call this an ascension as I haven’t actually put in the time and effort of other users in my “ascension” don’t want to discredit what people actually achieve from hard work this was mainly just changing bad habits & Growing up, started the gym, lost 23kg currently and pretty much stopped eating shit food & took better care of my body, ik (nothing special at all)
but I just want to say if you’re a Teen, don’t stress about it even if I’m Ltn today, I still look a lot better than where I started and how far I’ve came and changed as a person is extremely eye opening,
There genuinely is good users on her willing to aid people in achieving their goals if you find someone listen to them.
