I am looking at ways to castrate myself without the use of chemicals or things that will effect my T levels or prevent me from becoming attracted to women again. So after reasarch I found two ways

1) create an image of a woman so absurd then convince yourself she’s “your type” and ONLY a woman that meets this is sexually attractive to you (easier said than done but possible). For example I am making my type of woman be 7 foot tall with huge feet hands and terra Stacy face, this is impossible for human women which is good as it means I will basically be asexual thus no longer incel.

TLDR: just have standards no human woman can meet then you’ll not be attracted to any women = no more inceldom.

Step 3) Get a good haircut and dress well in clothes that fit and show off those muscles

Step 5) Get laid with attractive women without paying, and establish a friends with benefits type relationship with a bunch of them

Step 6) Call them up whenever you're horny and want to have sex or want to get your dick sucked



It's high investment but only in yourself, and the reward is extremely high, so it is worth it.
