i once poured oj and oats and milk into the toilet and some spit too to make it seem really realistic as well. told my parents i’d spewed and they fell for it. my advice is make fake sick in the toilet

if my patents get an email about an assignment ill just come clean but they are really strict and on my case
go for it, if your privileged enough to have a toilet that’s downstairs or farther away from your parents bedroom than use that if possible - if it’s downstairs say you went down for a drink cause you were thirsty and dizzy etc. i’d recommend doing this because if you mess up and it looks really unrealistic you can flush it down without having the high possibility of awakening your parents which you would have using the toilet closest to your parents room
my parents have already left for work its possible, i was already sick for a couple weeks before idk if its worth doubling down tho ill save this for later i think
