i agree that you should exercise regularly but you can tell how good you are gonna look like after gymcelling by your frame.
 
I don't hate working out sometimes BUT Gym obsession is the bona fide, uglier than he ought to be guy's cope wet dream.

Plus without sufficient roids and careful planning most guys will still look very unimpressive for all the effort spend working out anyways.

And it's not everyone's cup of tea to be so focused on body sculpting, plus some guys with great insertions look great even unexercised

And ... NO GYM FOR YOUR FACE.

im getting shoulder surgery on 8. novemeber (labrum tear, impingement, thickened infraspinatus tendon, inflammated buccar, inflammated supraspinatus tendon with 3mm tear according to MRI scan)

hope 2023 will be my year of gym ascension. i had a good body for 3-4 years already but always had to stop training after a couple of months cuz my pain got worse

At least you ain't got thoracic outlet syndrome. my infraspinatus and supraspinatus is all wasted away. Gymcelling is total cope for me due to permanent denervation atrophy. BRUTAL

I'm already a chad and I used to workout like freshman year of highschool (im 18 now) never tryharded dieting or anything I just lifted with my teams for football and lacrosse. I have weights in my house but haven't worked out in awhile and I still have a pretty muscular build I am not leanmaxxed but my bones are big in my face so I don't need to be that lean for my facial bones to show but I am planning on leanmaxxing and adding some muscle onto my physique but the main issue for me is eating I don't eat consistently ever so weight training would be difficult. I usually unintentionally practice intermittent fasting

If you eat 3 meals a day it's easy to do. Milk has lots of protein in it even. Just drink like 2 cups of milk every 3 hours (1 cup is 8 grams of protein) or drink some milk with every meal. I do that anyway and I am not even exercising right now. I just like milk as a drink

the way I do it is 10g from oatmeal in the morning, 45g from a school lunch of milk, pizza, and a cheeseburger, 40g or 56g from whey shake + ramen (size of shake depends on whether it's an ez upper or hard lower day), and a cup of milk later in the day. I could try a bit harder for 125 to 150 regularly, though.

Dude I was looking at the box of penne pasta noodles I was making the other day and I saw it had like 10g protein per serving and it has 7 servings in the box I usually eat like half the box everytime or more so that's like 35-40 grams of protein just from mf noodles. I legit thought noodles had no protein before I learned that. It is a lot of carbs tbh but it's probably good for bulking to just eat a bunch of noodles I don't count my carbs at all I just eat lots of food. Although I read somewhere online that we can only process about 25-35 grams of protein at a time and the rest goes to waste so it's best to eat many little meals containing 25-35 grams of protein spread out with like at least 2.5 hours in between probably 3 is a better idea

it's a myth imo. People that aren't turboframelet turbomanlets are able to store extra protein and just process it slowly. The strongest people around tend to have 50-70g of protein after working out, and it gets digested consistently. Even me at 153lbs doesn't have digestive issues after occassional 60-70g protein courses.

This is good news for me then because I was worried a lot of my protein was going to waste. I usually eat spaghetti a lot and I have that half a box of noodles which is like around 40g of protein and the meat sauce on top of that has to be a ton of protein and I eat a lot of meat sauce and I drink like at least 2 cups of milk with the meal so I am getting tons of protein in that one meal and if this is true then I'm relieved I am not wasting any of it

You don't need an absurd amount of protein, it's mostly a myth made up by whey supplement jews.
Just eat a good amount of meat and a glass of milk. I eat chicken nuggets for breakfast a lot.

It takes a little over 1 hour, 5 days a week to build something okay. It doesn't need to be an "obsession", you are just lazy.
