How to fix uneven skin tone , tan , hyper pigmentation , stress lines (itachi lines and smile lines) and dull complexion due to UV​

am already using a tinted sunscreen + a mineral sunscreen
i use borolin and labolia all purpose cream to moisturize ( underrated asf)

And how to use the following​

1. A cream with
Berberis aquifolium 2%
hydratis canadensis 2%
Ledum palustre 1%
alcohol 2.5%
all that in one cream

2. A ceam with
hamamelis virginica Ext. HPI 1%
Calendula officinalis EXT. HPI 1%
All in one cream

Bra js use hydroquinone Tretinoin and azelaic acid there all mainstream have research on them and work good
