I did a proper gua sha session, the right way this time and holy fuck, that shit debloated my face. Cheekbones were visible, jawline was defined and even a bit angular at 18% bodyfat, clear hollow cheeks when i sucked my cheeks in a bit, face was tighter and glowy. Gua sha removes the fluid out of your face. I was holding on a shit ton water due to chronic lack of sleep and high cortisol. Saying its “cope”, is low iq thinking. People don’t know the mechanisms of lymphatic drainage. There are countless of examples and anecdotal evidence that i can really do wonders for your face i you are heavily bloated due to water retention and let me tell you: water retention is absolutely brutal. In combination with icing your face, sleeping well, keeping cortisol low and eating a well balanced diet with the proper sodium and potassium ratio will do you good if you are in a reasonable bodyfat % ofcourse.
