15-17%? idk not very good at guessing this but it’s similar to mine but you have way more muscle. mirin

it's impossible to guess body weight accurately without knowing your height.

body fat looks like 16%. minimum 15% and maximum 18%

how do you measure bf%? I have noticeable love handles and bloated face. And my stomach sticks out from my waist if i relax and stand........ does this mean I'm 25%?

yes like 11%. but it will be harder to build muscle. it's better to stay at 15-17% for a few years until you've build a good amount of muscle and then leanmax until around 12-14% and stay there for the rest of your life.

testosterone and energy decreases when you go too low. you don't want to look too small either so i guess 12-14% is the sweet spot for looking physically and facially aesthetic.
