"huehuehuehuehue" is a type of internet laugh used in Brasil, like "hahahahha", but it's usually used when "trolling" someone, and we use it together with "br" when we're trolling them gringos, with that arriving to "HUEHUEHUEBRBRBHUEBRHUEBRHUEBR" (it's important to note that that type of mocking laugh is more of a "2009 brazilian internet" kinda of thing, some brazilian zoomers don't even know what "huehuebr" stands for, and gringos also use that to mock brazilians on the interwebs)
