I have started bodyweight +weightlift training + cardio since 3 months ago + bulking up when i was at 20% body fat ,should i keep on bulking up or cutting up?oooof. Looks like skinny fat with gynecomastia. Start weight training and cardio but the gynecomastia will need surgery to remove
I dostop eating and stat doing cardio + weight training
