Higher, i'd say. Maybe 25%

Actually lifefuel for me

I have leaned down a lot and my face looks pretty chizzled.

If I am really 22% and lose 6kg, my cheekbones will look pretty good

25% inject HGH if you are in puberty.
 
You got to start lifting then, i have seen 12 year old girls with thicker forearms.

I do lift. My bodybuilding genetics are poo.

If finasteride works for me I may cruise for life on T
 
I'd lean (gym and running) till sub 15% bodyfat then bulk.

You must be doing something wrong, either not enough protein or not enough intensity/frequency.

Lean is the way for me

I have chosen the path of leannes..

I was subhuman a year ago. I lost 10kg in 12 months

7-8% bodyfat + gain 6-8 kg muscle and I'll be good

Yeah but you must be doing something wrong, i was losing 2-2,5kg a month without even any hunger and got pretty muscular and low bodyfat, and im bulking right now.
What is your program and what you eat?
If you want to lean faster do some HGH and 2 weeks of caffeine+salbutamol on and off or during your workouts, it will speed things up and help you gain muscle while you cut.

Tbh what I do wrong is not stay consistent.

I fall for the bulking meme, get fat and lose motivation.

I need to focus on leanness and lift heavy and some results will come.

Believe it or not I gained 1kg of muscle in 2 months recently when I was consistent

Low consistency sounds like low T to me, good luck, natties benefit the most from 6 days a week, high frequency, low volume and heavy weights.

Just did a Testosterone test today

Got 415 ng dl last year

We'll see.

Solid advice though, thanks.
