My first thoughts were anything from Latin America (particularly Mexico, anything in Central America, the northern half of South America like Venezuela or Brazil), you might be able to pass as Uzbek but you look too swarthy to be Kazakh. You look too Asiatic to pass as anything Arab or Indian but also too Caucasian to pass in most of South East asia so the only real things I'm seeing are hapa nations full of Indian/Asian and Caucasian rape babies like Latin America and some of Central Asia. Would not pass as anything in Europe, too Asiatic to pass as a swarthy Spaniard or Italian and too swarthy to pass as a slightly mongoloid Tatar from Eastern Europe.

Who knows, you might be a haircut and removing contact lens away from just looking Filipino. What did you look like without the tan and without the lens?
