No it can't be and yes you do have it.
NCT cannot be improved without surgery but it certainly can be worsened from ageing without.
I am your perfect example and I am getting it fixed with surgery. It annoys me like fucking shit. To think not replacing a tooth could have an effect on my eye-area is completely impossible to know back in 2017, 3 years before learning all about facial aesthetics, but hey, it happened.
