Arabs have slim facial features and no one thinks they look White. In fact slim facial features are more seen in dark people than in Nordics whom tend to have more robust and pig like features

Meds don't look ethnic because of their skin. They aren't that darker than Nordics, maybe a shade higher if not equal. But their undertones are different, having more green vs red undertones. However, when Meds tan they turn brown as opposed to orange like Nordics.

Also their facial structures are quite different. Meds have a higher and thinner nasal root. Nords have a lower but wider nasal root. Meds have a more vertical forehead while Nords more sloped. Meds have smaller zygos and mandibles as well, and a proportionately larger nose than Nordics. Their nose can also point downward (Roman) where Nordics have upturned noses mostly. Also Meds have fuller lips and a shorter philtrum unlike Nords who have thinner lips and longer philtrums. It's not simply "muh Meds are just shorter slightly darker Nordics" as many claim. They are very much different and their skulls grow in near opposite directions.

Even their neurocranium is different. Doli Meds have a vertically shorter head while Doli Nordics have a tall skull that angles upwards, creating a turreted look. The Med neurocranium is smooth and rounded while the Nordic angular with sharper edges distinctions between the parietal, temporal and occipital bones. Meds just have a rounded egg shaped cranium otoh.
