This Might seem a WATER take but most of you seriously underestimate or dont drink milk to beginwith, or too little(1 or 2 glasses dont do shit)
1. The Biobank Cohort Study (PubMed 31089868)
For every 200 grams (roughly one small glass) of liquid milk added to the daily diet, circulating blood serum IGF-1 increased by 10.0 µg/L
Given a baseline adult average of roughly 150 µg/L, this represents a steady 6.6% increase per glass of milk consumed per day (so for a teen its lower % but still it matters if stacked)
2.The Prepubertal Adolescent Study (PMC2098760) (while its prepubertal, in general this is for the boyos who are developing in a spurt or accelerating into one)
In developing children drinking 710 mL (about 3 cups or 24 ounces) of whole milk daily for a month, baseline plasma IGF-1 shot up from an average of 264 µg/L to an average of 325 µg/L. This is a net jump of 61 µg/L
This massive leap equals a 23.1% percentage increase in active growth hormone markers in just 30 days
SO yes, drink your milk

if you can buy HGH obviously blast, this is no way is meant to replace exogenous hormones
i personally as of now drink 1L of raw milk, 480g of kefir daily while in a cut.
