There are several major mind workouts. They're all free, open-source, and scientifically validated. They're similar to video games that you play on your computer or phone.
For immediate effects (mental warm-ups), do a workout for 10 to 20 minutes before school, work, or another activity. For long-term gains (mental fitness), do a workout for 30 to 40 minutes twice a week. You can choose multiple workouts.
1)
RFT/RRT
Main exercise: (relational-reasoning-training) an evidence-based cognitive training approach designed to improve higher-order thinking, problem-solving, and intellectual flexibility by strengthening a person’s ability to understand and derive relationships between stimuli (e.g., same/different, more/less, before/after, opposite, hierarchical).
Training is usually computer-delivered, adaptive, and takes 30–60 minutes per session over 8–12 sessions.

2)
QUAD-N-BACK
For attention & focus
The **Quad N-Back** is an advanced working memory task that simultaneously tracks **four different stimulus streams** (e.g., visual locations, letters, shapes, and sounds), requiring participants to identify when any of them matches the item presented *N* trials earlier. It significantly increases cognitive load compared to standard N-Back tasks and is used to assess and train **working memory, attention, and multitasking ability**.
You should do 15/30min a day for significant results

For my routine:
RRT - 60 minutes
QNB - 15 sessions
Don’t forget consistency is key .
