EVERY SINGLE THING THAT ACTUALLY WORKS AND WILL ASCEND YOU

This is a collection of all methods that I believe are highly beneficial for the average person. I do not care if some of it is corny (it is), or doesn’t fit your stupid ideologies. Looksmaxxing was created so people can be their best selves but just as importantly FIT INTO SOCIETY. No matter their height, or facial harmony, no girl is ever going to want a guy who only eats raw meat or smells like shit. Nothing I say is medical advice and should not be taken seriously.

MINDSET/NT

> Act normal bro, make all social media accounts, repost bullshit, have a public profile on snap, post photo dumps or summer vacations, treat girls like humans, popular music. (beta blockers if needed)
> Quick add streaks are optimal.
> Don’t ever talk about looksmaxxing to people IRL (besides close friends ofc), I don’t know why looksmaxxing is so popular now but it’s much better to keep everything to yourself and not look weird.
> Join a school sports team (football is best)
> Do good in school and get a job ffs, last thing you ever want to be is ugly AND broke.
> Stay consistent stay consistent stay consistent.
> I didn’t hear a bell

MISC

> Sleep 8h
> Alternate sleeping on either side, not on back (swallow tounge)
> Consistent timing
> I personally recommend mouthtape if you mouth breathe
> Blue light blockers
> Morning sunlight
> Perfect Posture
> Mew 24/7
> Chew all food thoroughly and on premolars
> Simply stay as healthy as you can be.

NUTRITION

> If you want to bulk, eat in a surplus, if you want to cut, eat in a deficit. Simple as that.
> Natural 1-1.2g protein per lb bw, 💉2-2.5g protein per lb bw
> DO NOT BE AFRAID OF CARBS OR FATS
> 1 gallon water daily
> High potassium low sodium, just be careful to remember these are important electrolytes critical to training.
> Supplements
> Creatine 5g (Bare Mimum)
> D3 5000IU (Bare Minimum)
> 100mcg MK7 (Bare Minimum)
> High quality multivitamin
> Zinc
> Marine Collagen
> MSM & Glucosamine
> Magnesium Glycinate
> Bloodflow boosters 😉

TRAINING

> Copy any PPL or UL training split and take everything to failure. Progressive Overload.
> Unless you want to, do not try to scientifically optimize every little thing about the gym. (just workout brah)
> If you really want results, track everything you do.
> Carbs, sugar, and preworkout before the gym, it will make a difference.
> Eat a high carb & high protein meal shortly after training.
> Zone 2 Cardio for cutting
> Train Neck
> Of course you have to bulk but if you want to look as best as possible keep body fat low (<13%)
> Rapid mouth opening, chin tucks, neck curls
> REST IS JUST AS IMPORTANT AS WORK (unless 💉)

SOFT MAXXES (most are common sense brah)

> Every Day: Cleanse, Moisturize, SPF
> Benzoyl Peroxide
> Trentinon
> Acutane 🐐
> Volufilline or Custom Pioglitazone
> Oral Minoxidil
> RU58841 (if Norwood or 💉)
> Dermastamp/Micro-needeling
> Cold water on face in mornings helps slightly
> Lymphatic Drainage
> Brush, Floss and Use Mouthwash (shouldn’t have to say this)
> Teeth Whitening (many methods, professionally done, teeth whitening strips, hydrogen peroxide, UV, pneumno)
> Brush lips & Use Chapstick
> Cologne
> Get a good, trendy haircut

GEAR ⚙️💉

> High Androgens, High GH, Low E2, Low FGFR3
> 10IU+ HGH is law
> If you want to be safer, no 19-NORS, no crazy orals
> Do not NUKE E2 (at least have detectable amounts 🫩)
> Proper Ancillaries (TUCDA, Milk Thistle, NAC, NAD+, Omega 3, HCG, Telmisartan, Cardarine, Cabergoline, Melatonin, hundreds more)
> There are plenty of other niche compounds that target completely different pathways (Aldosterone Inhibitors, DNP, T3, Nootropics, Abalo, Romo, WAY 316606, WAY 262611, Decitabine, SAG21K, Kartogenin, Lithium, BoneAccelerationCompound water, just to name a few) that I will not be discussing because: there are to many, they are very theoretical, and I am not qualified to explain them.
