you only need 3 things:
Molar bands+hooks
Reverse pull headgear
Erda
Step 1. Buy correct size molar bands from web and put hooks on them for connecting headgear
Step 2 reverse pull headgear.
Step 3 erdafitinib to inhibit fgfr2 which will help to make circummaxillary sutures less resistant thus making maxillary forward displacement more succesful. I would recommend 4-6mg daily.
Molar bands as attachement for rph mogs palate expander/marpe as it allows you to have proper tongue posture. Splitting the the palate will do nothing for forward growth alone. On the otherhand rpe/marpe will cause your maxilla to dropdown which is negative for ratios and midface. Being able to mew correctly while having the face gear will stimulate your sutures even more while also minimizing any downward movement of the maxillary block. Although some negative pulling vector might be required for the headgear.
Aas and hgh especially hgh might aid even more in the process but i wouldnt recommend osteoanabolics during this time as they might make the forward displacement harder.
Thumbpulling on premaxilla, hard palate, softpalate and laterally should also help in the process.
This setup will only cost like 50bucks not counting the erda so its super cheap and should produce many mm of true skeletal forward projection. If your willing to spend more money i would suggest to use biobloc or 3 way schwarz apliance with the headgear expanding very slowly (1mm per week) for three months and then switching to molar bands as hooks after that. This will lead to even greater results but im lazy so im not writing all the reasons for that.
Dnr as you please as this was low effort. But running this for a year can actually give you lefort 2 like advancement if your under 20.
