on the weekend sleep at whatever time you sleep on a school/work night then take whatever time you wake up naturally (no noises or people waking you up) take how many hours you slept (e.g. you fall asleep at 11:00 pm and you wake up at 10:00 am your sleep time would be 11 hours) so take how many hours you slept and shift your bedtime earlier to make it fit the amount of hours you get naturally before school/work whenever you have to wake up to get ready

dude but HGH for height is cope, it may accelerate it, but you won't grow faster due to it. Or am I wrong?
