15 , 5'11 and on 20% bf
Tired of this sedentary life... gonna hit gym in 2025 post exams , should i do a calorie deficit as it is proven that it stunts growth in young years? and tell me how to build a v taper [ 1.6:1 shoulder to waise ratio ]
 
have a perfect diet and your body fat will naturally decrease. only meat eggs fruit organs raw honey dairy

Ur probably more like 25. Ppl always underestimate bf. Just leanmaxx and prioritise delts and back training. Don’t neglect upper back

for leanmaxxing, i gotta hop on a calorie deficit which can cause stunted growth in puberty ages.
 
Lats should be your main focus

Cut til 12% bf, then start a lean bulk focusing on lats and shoulders

If you do a healthy cut (200 calories below maintenance while eating nutritious food) it shouldnt affect your growth, if you are looking for a routine I´d suggest doing a 5/6 days push/pull/legs high intensity low volume

should i get roids like test and hgh? people here say that naturally i cant do shit.
Depends on your objetives, but if you are starting dont do them yet, wait at least 6 months of consistent workout

tbh I wouldnt use them since you are 15 and using them is a healthmin and it gives you a ogre physique, you can have a strong attractive body being natural, the only thing is that most likely you wont get huge

I dont know if his physique is natural, he says that he is but its questionable. The thing with David Laid is that whether he is natural or not he has insane genetics, so most likely even with roids most of the people cant achieve a physique like his. An average person can achieve a physique similar to this guy or even a little big bigger in around 1-3 years of training

The foundations of an aesthetic physique are all kinds of shoulder pressing (barbell, dumbbell, behind-the-neck, seated, standing, etc) and all kinds of pulling movements, specifically weighted pull ups and rows done with a close grip.

Wide lats and big delts give you that V taper look, so if you’re new to bodybuilding focus on getting your weighted pull ups and shoulder press as strong as possible. Also do a lot of sets of lateral raises and rear delt flies with good form.
