Guide on Furosemide and other diuretics made it by my self

I made this guide myself for me if there is any mistake or if am wrong please mention it out.

I can't take Furosemide alone because it's rebound effect is going to cause me to have more bloated face than I had previously this I should pare furosemide with spironolactone because spironolactone is going to cancel out the rebound effect. But spironolactone can cause man boobs if used for long periods of time and in high dose.i would prefer taking furosemide with eplerenone because not only eplerenone cancels out the rebound effect it does not cause man boobs like spironolactone. In conclusion I will use Furosemide and spironolactone for short period of time like 2x a week until I buy eplerenone
