As someone who was skinny fat and was W34 , i can now fit into W30 jeans and have lost 8kg in 4 months whilst also adding muscle and still drinking alcohol 1-2x per week

you need to train at the gym 3-4x a week and push yourself every set otherwise it’s pointless. 30 minutes on the stair master or incline treadmill at the end and walk 10k steps a day minimum

I ate around 2300 calories a day (my maintenance was 2500) , along with cardio and working out.
Foods i ate every week: tuna, chicken breasts, 0% fat greek yoghurt, eggs, cod, 5% lean beef mince , sirloin steak, oats with milk, pineapple

I would reward myself with the occasional cheat meal ~10 days with a burger and fries (still good protein from the burger)

100g of protein a day , 300 calories below ur maintenance a day , and consistency

8kg in 4 months is shit.

Eat 1200-1500 cals a day. Get protein. Get fats. Cut carbs. Get your daily steps in. Must hit gym to maintain muscle. Do for 4-6 weeks.
