Supplements are vital part of softmaxxing (especially when in puberty)
and im going to tell u about different varieties of it and how to use it
IT WORKS PERSONALLY FOR EVERYONE SO DONT HATE IF IT DIDNT WORK OR U THINK THAT SUPPLEMENTS IS SHIT

To maximize the result u should:
1) do cardio workouts (more=better)
2) good nutrition ( a lot of fruits,milk,protein etc..)
3) get enough sleep (8+hours)
