Are you wanted to expand your upper palate by 10-15mm with marpe, right? Don't do it. Its gonna 100% fucked up ur ESR and whole ur face.
Do SARPE with lf1 cut instead

But 15mm expansion is fucking a lot.
Your upper palate should be only 5-6mm wider than lower.
Make sure u dont have already prominent cheekbones and narrow temples because MARPE 10mm expansion will make ur cheekbones wider and temples will became ever more narrow and it can affect ur face.
