Clear skin is a must have to achieve your maximum, a clear skins boosts your looks by a lot. A clear skin can be achieved through daily habits and the right skincare, right now I'll go through the normal basics, only softmax.
First let's talk about habits you should stick to:
1. Eat healthy, avoid processed foods and seed oils, stick to healthy food.
2. Drink from around 2-3 L of water per day, drinking enough water leads to toxin flush which supports your kidney life and helps remove waste products.
3. Sleep 8-10 hours everyday, if your sleep schedule is totally fucked it will lead to water retention and poor circulation.
Now those habits might not cure your skin fully, but it helps the skins overall health. Now let's move on to the skincare part, I'll showcase the same products I use with also the routine I use: The daily routine you should stick to is: "Before going out: 1. Cleanser 2. Moisturizer 3. SPF" "Before going to bed: 1. Cleanser 2. Moisturizer"
First we start off with a cleanser, which cleans your skin and removes oiliness, basically a shampoo but for your face.
Cleanser: CeraVe Hydrating Cleanser:
It's probably the most basic one and popular one but it works amazing for me.
Moisturizer: Neutrogena, Clear & Defend Moisturizer:
This is a moisturizer that I've never heard or seen anyone promoting this on, but this works amazing, maybe I just unlocked something epic, who knows?
SPF: Eucerin Oil Control Face Protection SPF 50+:
I think this exact one is also not an popular one but I found it in a local store that was near my house, I've been using it and it's pretty good.
This is a small guide that I made, every skincare product that I've listed, is not being forced to use. Not every person has the same skin, these are just the small basics. I'm also not wanting any hate on this as I'm just learning and teaching a bit, thank you if you've read this far. Goodluck on your ascension!
