Debloating is removing fat/water mainly from the waist or cheeks or infraorbitals.
This creates a hollow area on the cheeks (hollow cheeks) which is the ideal for PSL (scientific measurement of looks, stands for puahate sluthate and lookism).

Bloat is the visibility on fatness anywhere on your body, but usually on the face/waist (important for foids). It can be either gas, fat, or water. The one we are aiming to get rid of in this guide is water.What is bloat?

Potassium is the vitamin used for sweating and managing salt, and sodium is the vitamin used to bloat (don’t think too much about it). Potassium : Sodium ratio, is, like in the name, the ratio or how many mg of potassium you’re having vs the amount of sodium. The ideal ratio is around 2:1 meaning generally targeting 3500 (13 year old) - 4700 mg (adult) of potassium (normal amount needed for a “healthy” diet), and less then 2500 mg of sodium daily. How much water you should have daily is dependent on your weight and age, but mainly weight. You should drink as much as you possibly can without dying. This can be calculated using the Galpin equation, which is your weight (in pounds) divided by 30, in liters.Water
