Does potassium cancel out sodium to a 1:1 ratio

I heard that pottasium and sodium cancel eachother out with a 1:1 ratio, is this true. Hypothetically if I eat 100 mg of sodium and 100 mg of pottasium- I wont debloat nor bloat, is this true?
