HGH won’t fuck up your organs if it’s from a good source. If your scared just take low dose or don’t take at all. As always do your own research

You can gain a pretty good amount of bone mass before age 25.

First of all what you intake is pretty darn important. Take roids, idc what roids you take but I think Deca, EQ, and HGH is very good for bone mass. Make sure your diet is on point. Eat lots of sugar. Sugar spikes insulin and insulin is an anabolic hormone and therefore helps grow your bones. Eat raw and unrefridgerated raw meat. Drink raw and unrefridgerated raw milk. It has to be raw and unrefridgerated that way it retains the nutrients and HG

Now make sure your sleep is on point and you’re getting enough sunlight. Sunlight is important for bone growth as it gives vitamin d. Sleep should be obvious

Now I want you to wolf’s law maxx. Bone smash, Thumbpull, use palate expanders, stretch out your limbs and spine, bone smash your heels, etc. Wolf’s law states that in a healthy animal bones will grow when stress is placed upon them because your body has to adapt to the stress.

get the fuck out of this thread retarded greycel. Do you not know how wolfs law works?? Palate expanders have been shown to expand the palate so obviously thumbpulling has the same effect. Use both of them together as they work synergistically
Lmfao palate expanders are constant and u have to make it tighter 2-6 times daily lmfao even a hour of thumbpulling daily would be the same as a few months w a expander and noone will do that it will be healed by the time u do it again retard

how much sugar should I be consuming per day? im on gh currently, im currently doing 80g should I up it?

Retard u wint be able to even make progress of noticable progress in a month or two why bother doing it for up to a year while u can achieve it in 2-8 weeks with a expander??? I legit asked for one and got one

I Thumbpull up and forward. Expanders only move your palate outwards not up and forward. It’s better to do both

You may lose some bone thickness and density after stopping roids but it’s unlikely it would return back to your original baseline. Ofc bone size and length would stay the same

Yep I agree, prob will permanently improve bones like ribcage clavicles wrists etc, and I can always do TRT to maintain density (even Sarms help with bone density if I recall correctly)

Woolf’s law + roids + HGH + AI is OP
