Guide to look as young as possible

I try to keep looking as young as possible bcs i hope i will find a woman or a milf to take care of me

For that to happen it will take time, so i do the following list:

Fasting 5 days every month
Caloric restriction(1700kcal everyday)
One meal a day - The more/often you digest, the more stress on the body
Zero sun, even when outside is not a sunny day the UV still hit you (wear protection)
Zero sugar/meat (meat activates mTor more than the proteins from vegetables)
No stress/ no exercising bcs activates mTor/anabolism-aging
Also exercising make you to have wrinkles bcs u tense your face/eye muscles

Exercise copers don't forget that the longest living people are small/old asian people who just walk
,,muh get to 100'' Retard, tehnology will advance and you will eventually be immortal.

So yeah, i try to look young and use 10 dating apps to find someone to trick to take care of me

yeah but how r u gonna fulfill all nutritional needs with one meal, that would be more important than eating 1 less meal

the sun is good for you, just dont squint and create wrinkles under the sun, that is what ages you and gives you forehead-wrinkles & crow's feet, not the sun itself (ofc dont stay under the sun for too long as thats when it does actually become damaging). sun cream also has toxic ingredients

zero sugar is true (also dont eat carbs as its just sugar as well), but u absolutely need meat for nutritional purposes, u simply cannot absorb the nutrients in vegetables as well as u do meat, not to mention it doesnt come close to being as nutritious regardless (vegetables also contain anti nutrients such as phytic acid (which will hinder absorption of minerals to ur body) and oxfalates, pesticides and more
