I thought I'd make a quick guide on a way I became more sociable/less shy in public places.
Overview:
1) what agency working is and the benefits
2) what I noticed
3) the different roles there are
4) how to use the indeed flex app
5) demographic
AGENCIES
If you're a extremely bad socially, then I recommend working jobs as part of an agency, indeed flex is a great one but I know of many others like couple, and limber (don't combine these since you'll get taxed more). You work basic jobs for a day as a waiter, bartender, general staff, warehouse operative, steward ect. The great thing with these is that you can decide when you want to work (great for students and lazy people) and the pay is good
The application for joining these is a walk in the park, they interview you on zoom for like 1 minute max. They ask you where you've worked before and what you did and that's basically it (if you don't have any previous work experience just lie and make up a believable story researching what it is people do in that job role)
WHAT I NOTICED
After I worked agency for a couple months I noticed the following things:
1) you have a kind of halo status with the full-time staff that you work with (kind of like the airport thing) the girls that work there are more flirty to you in general cause they know they're never going to see you again.
2) you make make a LOT of small talk with the workers which is especially great for becoming more sociable since it's hard to seem autistic when the conversations are really superficial and last for like 30 seconds
3) you gain a lot of confidence quickly when you work with customers cause they rely on you so much and don't see you as subhuman treating you better
ROLES
These are examples of the different roles you can apply for as an agency worker. You have to get verified for each one in an interview, the easy ones are warehouse operative, and general staff the zoom interview lasts for a minute (you just lie to them, they know this job is basic and hard to fuck up so they don't really care). Then there's the slightly more difficulty roles like waiter where the interview lasts 2 minutes and they ask you to demonstrate you can hold 3 plates. The bartender roles are slightly even more difficult where they ask you specific questions like wine measurements, brands of gin vodka & whiskey, and how to pour a guinness (you see multiple stacylite waiters every time you work one of these roles in a high-end restuarant) and you have a noticeable halo effect with them
HOW TO USE APP ONCE YOU'RE VERIFIED
You have a browsing section where it show all of the different companies looking for workers, the pay, and the date. You click on the one you want to work and they'll let you know if you got it instantly (I noticed a 60% success rate when it's not busy season so kind of like March,April, October, and November and a 95% success rate when it's busy season so summer and December time) and you can use my referral code ALBEL4 to signup to get more money on your first shift
DEMOGRAPHIC AND RECOMMENDATIONS
I noticed that you'll meet different types of foids depending on where you work
Stacylites- you'll work with these when you're working waiter/bartender roles at high end restaurants
Ghetto girls- you'll work with when you're doing roles at stadiums so mainly steward roles and general staff and they are the most horny ones (you'll often hear them talking about boys they'd fuck while you're in line to get in)
Cute stacies- you'll work with these when you're doing waiter roles in the suburbs
