massive disclaimer. IF YOU BUY REPS THERE IS A CHANCE UR PACKAGE IS GOING TO BE SEIZED BY CUSTOMS. IT IS NOT YOUR OR YOUR AGENTS FAULT YOU JUST GOT UNLUCKY.
another disclaimer. DO NOT ORDER ON CHINESE NEW YEAR. IT IS A TIME WHERE ALMOST ALL WORK IN CHINA COMES TO A HALT AND NOTHING WILL BE SHIPPED ON TIME. SHIPPING PRICES FROM THE WAREHOUSE TO YOUR ADDRESS WILL ALSO SKYROCKET.
small disclaimer. Buying Reps is a bulk thing, think of it like roids, you dont buy 1 vial at a time. Here its the same, just a different reason which is shipping prices.
Shipping prices are high for orders that dont weigh alot (pretty obvious) so going up in weight is going to make the order ALOT more cost effective. One thing that you should always avoid tho is going ABOVE 10KG in package weight (chance of being seized is alot higher).
Alright before even getting to the buying part you have to find an agent that you like
Popular ones are:
Mulebuy
ACbuy
Sugargoo
Oopbuy
(I would preferr the first two since large Rep reddit forums have partnerships with them and offer some nice shipping discounts)
Now you have to actually find things that you like and that you would buy
One of the popular ways of searching for reps is on reddit forums such as:
r/FashionReps
or
r/DesignerReps
heres some basic terminology that you should understand when visiting these forums:
QC: Quality Control (QC for short) is talking about pictures that are posted from an agent of an item that was ordered. Users will post these if they're unsure about the quality and would rather have someone else take a look at them if they're good enough.
Haul: A collection of items that you ship all at once from an agent, usually in a large box.
LC: Legit Check (LC for short) This is a tag used for posts requiring a legit check. Legit checks are a great way of finding out if a item you're purchasing is authentic or not.
GP: Guinea Pig (GP for short) You will be the first person to order a sellers new item. This means you'll be the first to get pictures of their product and often times you'll post them to be checked for quality by the community.
FIND: Much like the name states. Posts with this flair are often linked to new products that haven't been posted before.
W2C:: Where To Cop (W2C for short) W2C refers to the search for a desired item. Often times will be linked with retail images for an example.
1:1: One to One (1:1 for short) 1:1 refers to a perfect replica. However, not many exist and often times you won't be able to get these as they're sold out.
GL: Green Light (GL for short) GL Refers to a user who has given their approval of a QC post.
RL: Red Light (RL for short) RL Refers to a user who has given their disapproval of a QC post.
B&S: Bait & Switch (BS or B&S for short) B&S Refers to a seller who has advertised their product and sent goods that are different from advertised.
Another popular way of finding reps is through spreadsheets
these are mostly made my content creators or are found on said reddit forums
popular spreadsheets which I have used myself before are:
gillys mega spreadsheet
Massive shoe spreadsheet
Now to Create an account on the Agents websites that you have picked
(just follow the guides that one of the reddit forums provides its pretty straight forward tho)
click on signup link-> signup-> boom you have your account and some nice shipping coupons (if you use the referral links provided by said reddit forums)
Now that you have your account,
Find some items that you like
Find out how much each item weighs (doesnt have to be spot on)
Get total weight of all items and estimate your shipping cost (Most if not all agents provide a feature on their website for this)
and BOOM if everything checks out you should be good!
now order your items and wait till they arrive at the warehouse (or packing center whatever your agent may call it)
Fast forward maybe a 2 weeks max and all your items are in the warehouse.
Now you ship from CHINA to YOUR HOUSE.
There is this neat but also VERY annoying feature called declaring. I just let my agents autodeclare system do it (I use Sugargoo) but i would generally declare 15$ for every KG.
DECLERATION DOES NOT COST MONEY IT JUST TELLS CUSTOMS HOW MUCH UR PACKAGE IS WORTH. put in too much and they WILL open it for inspection.
Now to the Shipping.
Always pick a tax free line and one that is trusted. Its different for every country so I cant be specific. Just go on the reddit forum and search "(Your Country) shipping line" and you should find results.
And if all goes well you should have your package in about 15-25 days!
