every night start out with sandwich method l (moisturizer, tret, moisturizer) purge phase is normal first 1-3 weeks might break out a bit although that never happened to me even after bumping dose

put during night start two times a week and increase when tolerance builds, never use to much shit fries ur skin barrier, moisturizer after and use spf and cleanse befire applying
