I have been chewing regular gum for 2-6hrs a day for the past few months and have noticed minimal effect on my jaw. Is gum chewing just a meme/should I chew harder gum (like mastic or falim?) Is mewing a more effective use of my time?

Have you ever actually struggled to chew? Masseters are a muscle they need some overload. If it’s too easy you need to try mastic. Waste of time what you’ve been doing.
