Holy FUCK. I was right! My dermatologist just diagnosed me with LICHEN PLANOPILARIS. SCARRING hairloss. It's OVER for me. Accutane has OFFICIALLY RUINED MY LIFE.

She is putting me on clobetasol solution twice daily, and wants me to follow up in one month where she says she will prescribe POTENT medicaitons. She is the most blackpilled doctor I've ever been to, and the smartest also.

Don't take accutane boyos, it will give you permenant hairshedding. Ask questions down below

The cure is heavy duty drugs such as tofacitinib (already on it jfl), and methotrexate, cyclosporine, doxycycline, ruxolitinib, and some others.

Either this or I go bald. Easy choice

I'm in contact with 4 other people who also has Lichen Planopilaris after accutane. It's rare, but not common enough for me to find these people across the internet.

What suprised me was how I didn't even have to say anything, she just knew it was lichen planopilaris immediately. She was seriously the best doctor I've ever seen, super knowledgeable on this niche topics. Like I'd suck her off tbh

Yes but you have to remember I have pili torti as well, which is ONLY seen in Lichen Planopilaris. Fuck, if the tofacitinib is working then I might not be able to get prescribed her meds

I can assure u you don't have Lichen Planopilaris, are you still shedding? You would know, trust me. I lose 500+ hairs a day some days. Also my hairs are miniturizized and fucking twisted

I as well have taken accutane 2 times now and I'm on my 3rd course with zero side effects other than dry lips and skin. Also nosebleeds, that's it.
