Heres a Little list of foods I eat to Keep my Gut healthy.

Protein:
Fish, eggs, nuts, seeds, tempeh, yogurt, kefir, skyr, legumes, raw meat

Carbohydrates:
Oats, whole grains, rice, legumes, sweet potatoes, broccoli, carrots, potatoes

Fats:
Fish, seeds, nuts, virgin oils, avocado

Snacks:
Potatoes with oil
Kefir smoothie (oats, berries, chia seeds)
Nuts with fruit
Yogurt with toppings

Additionally as many berries and veggies as you can eat and try to eat at least 30different foods a week to Keep the microbiome diverse. Sauerkraut and Kefir is King.

What should I add or wipe from the list.❤️

remove everyth and just eat raw meat
 
Rotted meat, goat blood, raw lamb brains, raw ox liver, fermented high milk, raw expired eggs, small pieces of raw cheese every 15 minutes while taking salt bath

js avoid the shitty grains , vegetables , nuts, seeds, most bind to minerals and make ur absorption shit. most meat + eggs and mayb high fat fruits sometimes

Some advice, cut it into small pieces. Like really small. If you are gonna ferment it. You are not gonna want to be cutting it up afterwards. And small pieces will make it much easier to eat. You won't be able to eat big amounts of this stuff. Small bites every now and than seems like the most effective way to consume the bacteria n actually get the good bacteria into the gut. Also try not to eat a piece with a fork n put it back into the jar cuz you will get your saliva bacteria in there and they will grow and you'll taste it. Won't ruin it but makes it taste nicer I think. In my experience it ferments much better in small pieces as well. Also make sure you wash your hands with natural soap and also whatever jar you will be using I sterilize mine in boiling water beforehand to be safe. Let it cool all the way of course. Cut it with clean scissors and carefully put it back in the jar. Like eat it if you drop it or something instead of place it in the jar if it didn't fall on a clean plate. In my experience being very clean helps it ferment in a much more appealing way without getting a chunk of strange mold or something nasty in there. Obviously it's gonna rot n have weird stuff in there byt you want just the liver in there. Nothing else foreign getting in cuz you will be growing that too. Also im very careful when i air mine out. I do it inside by a window and dont leave it open for long so a fly or something doesnt get in. Also make sure you mix it up when you air it, again make sure the spoon is very clean for best results. Im probably doing too much but in my opinion being very careful and doing it right makes it taste much better. It's easy to mess it up simply because of how long it takes and any of the things i mentioned will for sure alter the taste slightly by introducing new bacteria and fungus n stuff. Most of the time i fermented it and it didnt go well it was because of something i didnt do above. Fermented liver always taste absolutely terrible to me lol n ive been on raw meat almost 8 years. But i think this makes it much better. i just eat it for the incredible feeling it gives. Closest thing to drugs ive found. I dont see it as food necessarily. But its really what solidified this diet for me and made me see it really is powerful stuff. good luck, my friend i hope you heal.
